Privately published.  Hardback edition, Fine as issued without dustjacket in illustrated boards with gilt titles (only 500 hardback copies produced).  Signed by both authors and dated 17th March 2005.

Also included is a bespoke card wallet signed by both authors containing 6 colour postcards featuring the book illustrations (there were only 500 such sets).
